My idea for samzidat sites (torun on its way to becoming indymedia +
samizdat demo site) is to shift to borg.

This will require email out from borg in order for people to confirm
passwords, and ideally will also accept email *in* for a mobile phone
-> samizdat gateway system, probably only temporarily during important
events like the G8 during the first week of June - just 3 weeks away.

The software for the mobile phone stuff is not ready yet, and it'll be
important that it functions correctly during the G8: both repression and
resistance are likely to be big this time around.

Are people happy to have e.g. postfix as a MTA/MDA (if i have my acronyms
right) on borg?

i don't mean to have webmail, and i propose that it's intended mainly
just for the indymedia etc sites for confirming users or receiving
articles/photos/videos/etc from mobile phones etc.

i've only set up an email system once (well, i tried unsuccessfully with
sendmail, and then tried successfully with postfix), but i think that apart
from DNS for the MX header, it's not anything hugely difficult if you RTFM.
(Says he, forgetting many hours of RTFMing and experimenting...)
