Seems like a good project that would suit being on Axxs. The same 
conditions apply as any other project. Is there a tech person in the 
group that can take care of everything and be a part of the Axxs 
collective to a degree that we can trust them and issue them with sudo.
Or alternatively, is there a current sudoer willing sponsor this project?
