it has been partially restored, i got an email from some random hacker  
saying that they had seen my sites password and login posted on some  
forums. and that they had partially restored my site for me.

i dont have a tech person looking after my site, so i guess its gonna  
be lots of work to get the site back up the way it was before....  
damn,, but i guess i have learnt my lesson.. make back ups, and keep  
wordpress up to date...
