[axxs-sysadmin] mbstring.func_overload

[musicman]

We've been getting this for a while (>2 months at least) in transmission.cc.
It could well have been me that brought it in, I will take a look to see
what is making it happen, but it may have to be on Friday if that's ok?

If it's really bad, for the short term you can go to admin->site
config->error reporting and change it top "write errors to log"
