[axxs-sysadmin] semaphore issue again

Hi all,

Apache was down again due to the semaphore issue. Removed them and
restarted again.

Any idea about what causes this? Perhaps upgrading to a newer OS would
help? I suggest CentOS rather than Fedora since they release less often.
