[axxs-sysadmin] Two Questions

I suspect I found and fixed the problem? Can anyone who sees this still
happening please let me know.

Ie you'd see requests, (most likely post requests) get intermittent 503
errors.

I think the problem relates to Keepalive timeouts which were set very
short in apache. I've extended the timeout period for these.
