[axxs-sysadmin] Indymedia Oceania

I was involved in various discussions, but not the technical work.
I'm not sure who did tech stuff.  Cameron and pabs have probably had
some part in it and would know more about who else was involved. 
Otherwise, when I get back from current travels I could look through old
correspondence. (India, back on 8/3).
