I'm one of the list admins and this list seems to get an unusual amount of 
spam and generates lots of moderation emails, but the list doesn't get 
much real use.  So in that sense I'd like to see the list be deactivated. 
However as kwadronaut points out the system is still in existence.  I 
think having seperate mailing lists for seperate systems is not the best 
idea though, so my suggestion is retire the list, and get updates on the 
server on imc-tech or some other list.
