In
celebration of the honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey and in recognition of
Black August, we will be raising the Red Black and Green Pan-African
Liberation flag on City Hall Plaza on August 18. A ceremony will take
place inside of City Council Chambers from 2-3pm and the flag will go
up at 3:00. 

***The flag will fly on City Hall from August 18th until the 21st.***
