[Boston-editorial] 2 new features

I think that the 2 new articles address an important point. I agree with
Pete that it's a shame Palast's article is shoved down; it would have
been better to center only one of the two simliar stories, or to write
something up that summarized both. 

This may be another argument in favor of rethinking the layout of the
site - if we could get 3 or 4 articles 'above the fold', that would be
swell.
