[Boston-editorial] Sofia's article on Ecuador

If no one objects, I'd really like to get the article in the center 
column sooner rather than later, before it gets too dated. We do need 
to talk about how we might go about do editorial reviews of each 
others' articles and those that come in over the newswire at some point 
though. -- Matt
