[Boston-editorial] should we feature this?

OK, I've centered it, combing the English and Spanish language versions.

For some reason the picture with the article won't show up on the front 
page, even though I have it set to.

Sofia (or any one else who speaks Spanish) could you please check my 
translation of "Spanish below" that I put at the top of the article? 
Does it mean what I intended it to mean?
