[Boston-editorial] I featured this Press Release from MGA...

I fixed the title of the article so it's a little clearer what it's 
about. I have to say, I would not have chosen to center it simply 
because it is so unclear. Usually, the folks at MGA write better stuff 
than this.

Like I said, I don't object to featuring press releases. I just think 
we should apply the same standards to them as other articles and 
clearly mark them as press releases.
