[Boston-editorial] Posted new article on privacy

I sent Jon a couple suggestions for editing the first
graph and putting it in the summary.  that would clear
it for centering in my book (basically wanted to make
the lead stronger)

Considering the fact that this story is a perennial
(could be published anytime) and the one in the center
now is not (news from DC and Western Mass) I say we
wait untill tomorrow eve to center it.  ( that would
be wednesday night)
