my spanish is wretched, but this bears looking into by some I think.

at the end of the center piece on the PR Vampires

totally unrelated comment in spanish which as best I can recounts
police clashing with peacful protesters this AM with hundreds of
injuries and the death of atleast one person, Chilean journalist Julio
Garcia.

Dispatch folks: is anyone available and able to chace this down a bit?

Editorial folks: if this is happening it's important, but it has
nothing to do with where it's posted, should/can we move it from a
comment to it's own piece? should probably try and get some sort of
confirmation/verification.
