In that case I think we should have separate meetings to talk about editorial guidelines, mission/vision and one separate meeting to about web stuff in general.  I'm not trying to boycott discussion or anything, I just think that the Editorial team has so much to talk about that it really needs a meeting of its own for that.
 
I know we had talked a few times about going on a small retreat or something.  Maybe we can take advantge of a beautiful day next week (today's kind of bleaky) and do it outside?
 
Then today we can talk about what Nicole's agenda.  This is just a suggestion, of course...
