[Boston-editorial] expand other press by one story?

We're getting alot of traffic on the other press
today, jamie's stories got booted before they were up
even for a couple minutes.  

can we expand that threshold to four instead of three?

Once we get mission sorted out, we should study on a
way to keep other press coordinated, that obrador
story keeps coming up over the past three days, its
starting to look like old news.
