I have a procedural suggestion.  

The three proposals are well thought out and written but difficult for
me to judge side by side because they vary in content, emphasis and
style. I like each of the proposals of different reasons but find it
difficult to mix and match to create what I feel is the best union of
the three because they are each so complete within themselves.

Breaking the task into these three components may help us (well it would
help me at least).

What ideas we want to put forward (unordered list)
What the priority of these concepts is (ordered list / outline)
What words we want to use to convey these ideas (final copy)

If people think this would be productive I'd be willing to distill the
current proposals into their component ideas for step one, but it would
probably be best for their authors to do so.
