[IMC-Boston-Editorial] Meeting?

I don't think I will be able to come early to have an Editorial meeting but I was hoping we could add an agenda item about getting some feed back from our readers and also other members of the general group. In other words, without trying to have an Editorial meeting in the middle of the General meeting, I am hoping we can discuss a few editorial items. I think it might be good to get feed back from other members of the group about where we are headed and where we should head, especially because many of us are new Editors. Have any of us ever been to an Editorial meeting? Perhaps we can also do a stand alone Editorial meeting mid- month (in two weeks). (?)
Also, I have no problems with Sofia facilitating the meeting. Now I remember her volunteering, so, I'm not going to fool with it or prepare. Maybe I'll get it to do next time. (?) I also have no problems with Sofia facilitating the discussion about conflict resolution. However, I don;t even want to have any discussion on that topic if it will keep anyone from coming or if it is going to be a long drawn out thing. Since someone else brought it up, I would like to make a very definite proposal in that regard, although I probably won't have a chance to write it down, so expect a from the hip suggestion.
So, Sofia, Please add three agenda items:
1) Suggested website reader feedback story.
2) Proposal regarding conflict resolution from Jamie.
3) Brainstorming session about how to become better organized.
