[IMC-Boston-Editorial] a couple online editorial decisions?

Hi,
  
  Until our next Editorial Mtg. is scheduled, I was wondering how people felt about making the following decisions online:
  
  - making the Dispatch archive public. I'm constantly wanting to go back  there for things that we missed to cover but don't have access. I also  love the idea of giving BIMC and non-BIMC freelancers access to it.
  
  - adding "War & Militarism" to our list of Categories when posting an article
