[IMC-Boston-Editorial] Comments, Questions and the letter

My Idea for online consensus is to use the guidelines for policy
changes or decisions for which we have no policy, basicly the stuff we
currently need to wait for meetings to do. I would not want to put
editorial decisions through this as it would be too slow, that's why
we have (hopfully) consensed on editorial policies and guidelines.
Our current policy on those seems to work OK, perhaps seperately we
could define that in writing, but to me that's another kettle of
fish...
Is that the part that was unclear? were others thinking the same
thing?
I can see your point about the categories, it's hard to pidgeon hole
things but you kind of need to to get good searchability. I'm a bit
ambivalent about the militerism heading, a number of things seem to
fit neatly there but I can't think of a case where a topic couldn't be
reasonably filed under an existing topic.
