[Boston-editorial] Re: [Boston-tech] 2/14: webitorial meeting

All this confusion was why we tried to schedule a meeting when a lot of
us were present, face-to-face, at the general meeting. Unfortunately,
key people were missing. From all the posts, it sounds like people's
schedules do not fit terribly well together.

Would it be possible for Joe, Jon and any other relevant tech people to
meet separately, at a time that's good for them? We could then have the
general webitorial meeting at another time, to discuss the broader
range of issues related to the website and we could get an update on
the smaller tech group meeting?

Pete has said he can't do Mondays because of classes. I would rather
not do Tuesdays, because of my meditation group (but I can be
flexible). Joe has said in the past he prefers to meet weeknights. Are
there any other days that are out, not just in the next few weeks
because people's calendars are booked, but for the forseeeable future?
If we can establish a regularly occurring time for the webitorial
meeting (like the third Monday of the month, as we used to do), that
will make things easier over the long run--we can all have it in our
minds and calendars and not schedule things for that particular day, so
we won't need to go through all this every month.
