     Hi folks.
 
     Just wanted to let you know if you didn't already that Tony and I are on my way to Edinburg for this week's protests. I'm planning on writing 2 or more articles on the subject and I hope that you will consider looking for them to feature as center articles. One should be uploaded on Monday evening or Tuesday, the other should be posted on Thursday or Friday afternoon. I'm also hoping to upload some video for the video team, but haven't seen the facility to know if I'll be able to use their equipment for non-local video needs.
 
     Sortof an interesting side note, we've stopped in Ireland to visit with family before heading over to Edinburg. We've already gone through a military checkpoint just to leave the city, and we've heard rumor that they're stopping anyone who fits the description of an "activist" coming from Northern Ireland. Tony's family remarked that this is the most strict security has been in this particular area, just west of the city of Belfast, in years. They were also stopped on the road before they met us at another checkpoint. 
     They've stopped several dozen protesters who originated from Belfast already and have fingerprinted and booked them as "terrorists". We're crossing our fingers that we don't fit the description and that we'll be able to slip through without being pegged as terrorists too. Imagine that, computer nerdy Tony and Svea being labeled as extremist terrorists! My grandmother would roll over in her grave is she only knew!
 
     Anyways. Please keep a look out for my pieces and consider promoting them as Center column material. Cheers!
