Hi Jay,

Thanks for submitting such a wonderful article. It's
truly amazing. It's been centered now. I made some
slight changes to the title (to make it easier to
read) and the organization of the leading paragraphs
(so people could get right to the interview), but I
didn't delete anything.  Or I hope I didn't!!

Please read it over and make sure everything's there.
I made sure to include info about CFTM.  I think you
should have editing powers over it (for example, if
you don't think the pic is appropriate), but if you
can't access it, please let me know.
