Pretty much Matches my recollection of our meeting, and the "additions" seem
a no brainer.

We had discussed civility in the comments section, and I belive had changed
"personal attacks (without substantive content)" to simply "personal
attacks".  The idea being that we would not the reason and suggest reposting
without the attack when hiding it.  This may have only bin in the context of
comments which we may have put off till later...I'm a bit unclear.  Was teh
comments secgment of the discussion for later (when we revisit the centering
guidlines)?

I don't have any problem with what's presented, just trying to shake the
cobwebs out of my brain.
