[Boston-editorial] New Editorial policy up and New Support the IMC too...

Hey all, 

Some real progress to report today.  The new editorial
policy that was consensed upon, with some of matt's
modifications and some from the group, at the general
meeting, is now on the web and ready to remind us of
itself whenever need be.  

Also- I noticed that the support the IMC page was
horribly outdated with our old address, phone number
and so on,  I considered this an emergency since you
never know when someone might drop a million dollar
donation on us and changed it quite a bit.  Take a
look and speak up if you dissapprove of the new lingo
and list of in kind stuff we need.  You can also add
to the list by emailing me back.
