[Boston-editorial] please announce to this list when centering

I centered it. It's not the best article in the world, but it was OK
and it seemed like it would be a good issue to cover. I double-checked
and it doesn't seem to be a press release. I doubt the IAC even had a
role in organizing the press conference they were covering.

Now, I'm not a fan of the IAC, but I don't see why we should refuse to
feature articles by them, just because many of us don't like them. We
frequently feature articles by IAC member Brian Pfeifer. If it was just
the IAC pushing this issue, I might be a little skeptical because I
know they're not above making things up, but the NAACP is involved with
this.

I know I'm one of the folks who used to push for announcing who's
centered what articles, but I've actually come to a point where I'm not
sure I see the need for it. When you center something, it's listed on
the hidden articles page with "submitted as a feature" with your name,
so if folks are curious they can go check. If the new Drupal system
doesn't do that, then we should certainly go back to announcing who's
decided to feature what, but right now that doesn't seem necessary.
