[Boston-editorial] does this qualify as an ad?

I think this one is ok because it's a media group so
much like our own but in general I don't think we want
job postings on the newswire. It would be a good idea
to incorporate job listings into the site somewhere
tho. A good way to get more NGO's involved maybe.
