[Boston-editorial] should we feature this? fact-checking concerns

I read it yesterday and it seemed a bit bogus to me.
Moreover, the story centers on internationals getting
detained while there are many more Palestinians who go
through that and their stories are not exposed enough.
I really don't like that "pay attention to us because
Americans or Europeans are in danger" theory.
