[Boston-editorial] is this a polic violation

THis is why I like the "without substance" part of the
guideline.  This guy is pissed, but he backs it all
up.  "coo-coo" on the other hand, and "laughing" both
made personal attacks on the general public that had
no content.  They insulted to insult, not to argue.  

Maybe we should change the wording of our guideline to
reflect this.  

something like:

Comments that are derogatory without dialogue or
content.
