[Boston-editorial] Proposal for center column

I was joking. 

I am sure this is all intentional, and having lived in
Boulder, perfectly above board and legit.  You have to
admit that it's a new idea, at least.  Although I'm
sure it happened back in the day quite a bit.  Tim,
you have to show this to Leavitt, it might inspire a
local chapter..
