[Boston-editorial] Batman article

I  disagree. I feel like, if we aren't going to have newer articles on the
same subject posted, then the article should be placed at the top when a
new update comes in, otherwise, if we were to have 3 or 4 articles to come
in while another event was still unfolding, then the unfolding event would
be so far down the column as to be problematic. I do think that, now that
the Philly situation is over for the time being-everyone is out-it makes
sense to put the batman feature back at the top.
