[Boston-editorial] Proposal: pictures required for centered articles

Our site looks tons better when there is a picture with the article. As editors I think we should all get this ability, and always do it  I know some of us don't have the savvy yet but I think we could get it.  This should be a topic at the next website meeting perhaps.
