[Boston-editorial] Proposal: pictures required for centered
articles

You may, of course. I think we can encourage folks to include images but we can't always expect them. It is actually very simple tho for an editor to go online, pull an appropriate image and use it with the article. Often it does not even require any special program or skills. Maybe we just need some training on this and whoever opts to center an article can be responsible for this.
