[Boston-editorial] Proposal: pictures required for centered articles

I don't think anyone is saying we shouldn't put up pictures, Tim. The 
pictures you put up look great. I'm just being concerned about a) 
covering ourselves legally and b) not ripping anyone off. -- Matt
