[Boston-editorial] Proposal: pictures required for centered articles

Thanks for correcting me Jonathan,

all I know is that we've done it for years all over
the network and anytime I ask someone from another IMC
I get the response that it's usually no problem. 

My main concern here is that we don't get bogged down
by the fear of doing this.  Tim, please continue to do
the good work you are doing with the pictures on our
stories and please keep this discussion in mind.

I think we would have to be an entirely different
level of operations to warrant attention from someone
looking to sue, and assuming jonathan is correct, it
would probably be a cease and desist.  

The main thing is, let's not be paralyzed with fear
over this trivial issue.  Maybe we can discuss getting
more help from artists and photographers but in the
meantime, business as usual?
