I'd say we both screwed up a little. I was reflecting on all this, this 
morning, and realized we've been having these sort of disagreements as 
long as I've been editing the site. Unfortunately, I think they're 
inevitable to some degree, given that we're editing the site in real 
time and communicating by e-mail (which, as we all know from 
experience, is just not as good a medium as face-to-face 
communication). We can certainly learn from our mistakes and try to 
create new procedures to try to minimize these things (as we have been 
doing), but I fear they are not going away completely.
