[Boston-editorial] New Feature: CIPO-RFM

I almost didn't catch this.  it was in the elsewhere
section.  The Boston friends of CIPO-RFM is a group
that is brand new to Boston and much needed.  As far
as Solidarity goes this is a hot and under reported
issue.  I know it doesn't fit the code precisely but I
hope that centering items like this and the Food not
Bombs anniversary thing will help bring more of the
Boston Anarchist community to our site, improving our
coverage and community ties.
