[Boston-editorial] why was this hidden?

I'm not sure what you mean by putting the article in comments, not the 
newswire. We don't have a commentswire, just a newswire and people post 
commentary there all the time. This sort of satire is a commentary in 
its own right--there is a long history of making political commentary 
through satire.

I think the main issue is whether it will be clear to people that this 
post is satire. I follow stuff related to the World Bank so closely 
that I'm not really a good judge of that. May be what we should do in 
this case (and any future posts like it, where things are unclear) is 
to add an editor's note that this is a satire, not something to be 
taken seriously. That seems better than hiding a perfectly legitimate 
form of political expression.
