hey guys,

Sorry for the mistake.  I agree I shouldn't respond to
these emails yet.  I only did because I didn't want it
to fall through the cracks (and Matthew felt the same
way... I think that's probably why we both approached
her practically at the same time).  But I'll stay
clear from it from now on...  

If we need to clear things up with Betsy (which might
make it confusing now, sorry again!), I would rather
one of you who knows more about this do so.  You can
blame me on not knowing enough about policy! That's
why I copied the editorial list, so you knew what was
going on.

By the way, she replied saying "Thank you for the
clarification."
