[Boston-editorial] I had a mix up/editorial policy thing

I was kinda mixing up our editorial and center column
policies when I wrote a response to Matt earlier.  

At least how it is on the site, our editorial policy
is a little off.  and in practice even more so. 

I think the problem with our editorial policy is that
there are too many grey areas.  We have to find areas
that are well defined.  I have been using the word
hateful lately to describe an article that we would
hide.  but that is bad.  Hateful of what?  

Hate speech would be better.  Then we would have to
define hate speech.  

just some thoughts....
