[Boston-editorial] I had a mix up/editorial policy thing

Something else I just remembered that we should consider in any
discussion of any revisions of the editorial policy. We had talked a
while back about coming up with something that would make it clearer
what we *do* want people to post to the site, the sort of stuff we
would use our policies to cultivate, as well as what we do not want and
would hide. Rob said he would draft something, but I don't know if he
ever found the time. In any case, New York Indy Media includes such a
statement in their editorial policy:
http://nyc.indymedia.org/mod/info/display/editorial_policy/index.php .
