(For those of you not on that list, I'm replying to something Pete 
posted on dispatch.)

This is some pretty serious stuff. It leaves me wondering how 
vulnerable we are. Right now we have a policy of hiding anything where 
someone threatens violence against specific people (as opposed to 
making general arguments for armed struggle). I would think that makes 
it clear that we don't endorse such things and we also have a 
disclaimer on the site, disavowing responsibility for anything we 
haven't specifically chosen to feature--but the FBI has never been one 
for such subtleties.  I'm wondering if we should change over policy of 
hiding threats of violence to deleting them. I don't like the idea of 
doing so because it's rather extreme and not consistent with 
open-publishing, but I would rather be safe than sorry. If the FBI 
takes down our whole website, there won't be any place to open-publish 
on.
