In practice I rather hope we can keep hiding his posts, but for the
sake of openness I don't think we should stifle dissent even if it's
ugly.

If he can manage to avoid racist,sexist,genderist, whateverist terms
and doesnt threaten violence.  I think we should leave it be.  I also
think he can't do this.
