[Boston-editorial] secondly, what's our policy on death threats/slander/attacks in Comments?

hi,
Related to that, I wanted to ask what our policy is on
training editors to be to help maintain the web site.
I would be interested in helping (with comments only,
not with posting/hidding articles), and I know that
Jon also expressed interest.  So, how does the process
work again?
