[Boston-editorial] training editors

hi,
I won't be at the editorial meeting because I'm going
to the Media Reform Conference @ St. Louis this
weekend.  But I think the process for training editors
should be separate from the mission/vision (which will
take longer) and ideally include them.

But I do agree that we need some "rules" (that are
almost ready) so that the editing process doesn't
become an eternal flame war.

Ps: I'm not sure about that sentence, Matt.  I rather
just go with the social justice thing.
