[Boston-editorial] moving editorial mtg? and more on editorial content

Rather than trying to reschedule the meeting at the last moment, I 
would rather have it when we planned and discuss other times 
face-to-face. Trying to schedule meetings among this many people via 
e-mail just gets too crazy. We can always make Jon and Sofia editors in 
absentia. -- Matt
