[Boston-editorial] Center Micah's article?

I went ahead and did this.  

Reposts from college papers are in my mind, exempt
from our repost rule.  It's funny how we go over and
over the same issues.  We've definitely visited this
one in the past.  We should make a record of it.  

Our goal in outreach has often to get college kids
more involved, so of course we want to center their
articles.  

I guess the recent repost battle obscured it.
