[Boston-editorial] Center Micah's article?

Cool, but for now, let's not assume the below is
policy.  I thought we had basically outlawed reposts
from any source except those that have limited
audience ( like student underground) I have no
recollection of an authors dual post clause.  And I'm
not sure even if we did say that that it's a good
idea.  How would we kknow if it was the author or not?
