[IMC-Boston-Editorial] New Crisis

Just a note, I have not looked at all the facts but
"no news" is not something that has been applied to
comments before.  I think that people need to remind
themselves to err towards the lenient side.  WE do not
want to appear too heavy handed.    

Based on the outcome of the general meeting on Sunday,
I cannot commit to anything beyond that date.
